Additional Information

Franklin Grove Public Library is a tax supported public library. People who live within the jurisdictional boundaries of the library are eligible to receive library cards for no additional fees. Adults wishing to register for a card must bring with them one form of identification that bears their name and address such as driver's license. If your driver's license does not have your correct Franklin Grove address on it, you may present it with a utility bill for proof of address. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present with photo ID to apply for a library card. Individuals residing beyond the jurisdictional boundaries of the Franklin Grove Public Library may purchase a non-resident card for the price of $56.00. This fee entitles the entire family residing at that address to use the Library for one year. Click to see Library Card policy.
